NHCUT - Nano Hydrodynamic
Ultrasonic Cavitation Technologies

Extraction of Vital Products has been employed for the extraction of different types of natural components, including proteins, natural dyes, pigments, essential oils, aromatic compounds, flavors, etc. which are useful in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries for a range of applications.

The most employed method for the extraction of natural products, including bioactive compounds, essential oils, lipids, protein, polyphenols etc.

A list of essential parameters necessary for the maximum possible extraction yield has been “today” achieved by our company.

The optimization of parameters, such as ultrasonic power density, frequency, inlet pressure, extraction temperature and the reactor configuration create our great efficiency.

The advantages and drawbacks associated with extraction and future research directions have also been pointed out, by our RI&D company.  Our efficient cavitation systems have been developed from a well-established technology that enhance mass and heat transfers in chemical reactions. These effects lead to a more efficient process, resulting in energy and chemical savings, ultimately reducing the overall carbon footprint.

Advantages:

– Continuous flow;

– Effective mixing capability;

– Operation at a lower temperature

– Easy operation and elimination of multiple

   process steps.

– Selective extraction and enhanced yield;

– Multi-frequency and multiple transducer sonoreactor;

– High speed 3 to 10 times higher than existing technologies and more efficient extraction;

– High speed chemical reactions

– No chamber erosion.

NGHT - Nano Green Hydrogen Technologies

NGHT (nanotechnology) uses a concentrated solar radiation photovoltaic system with high efficiency that enhances both electrical and thermal and improves the efficiency of the electrochemical reaction to atomize the production of Green Hydrogen at low cost.

The Rainbow hydrogen technical colors, reflects its complexity and different properties. We know there is still a lot to come from the Rainbow with certainty, we continue to focus not just optimizing our nano technology, but on new solutions every day and only the future will tell which colors will be more important and others less important.

Green hydrogen has significantly lower carbon emissions than grey hydrogen, which is produced by steam reforming of natural gas, and provides a solution for the hydrogen need in the energy economy transformation required for climate changes.

Advantages:

– Hydrogen is the chemical element that exists most in nature.

– Hydrogen has been used as fuel since the beginning of the 19th century in cars, airships and spacecraft.

– Allow a significant reduction on the CO2 emissions, consequence reduction on the Carbon Credits.

– Practical solutions that are environmentally friendly, economically and energy efficient.

Making Hydrogen more accessible using only water and the energy from the sun.
A kilogram of water consists of 111 grams of hydrogen and 889 grams of oxygen.
These 111 grams of hydrogen contain 3.7 kWh of energy - equivalent to four typical 80 A.h. car batteries.

NGPT - Nano Green Plasma Technologies

NGPT (nanotechnology) uses unique implemented solutions such as green electric combustion, electropulse technology, preparation and burning of oil-in-water emulsions produced from used oils, Improving the efficiency of solar (photovoltaic) systems.

Plasma is called the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gas.

Plasma is superheated matter – so hot that the electrons are ripped away from the atoms forming an ionized gas.
It comprises over 99% of the visible universe. In the night sky, plasma glows in the form of stars, nebulas, and even the auroras that sometimes ripple above the north and south poles.

Plasma is an electrically charged gas. Plasma particles have an electrical charge, they are affected by electrical and magnetic fields. This is the main difference between a gas and a plasma.

Most plasmas are created when extra energy is added to a gas, which can occur when gases are heated to high temperatures.
Atoms in a hot gas are moving so fast that electrons can be knocked loose when they collide with each other.

High energy photons from the Sun, including gamma rays, X-rays, or ultraviolet radiation, can create plasma by knocking electrons away from their atoms.

High-voltage electricity, such as from lightning strikes, can also create plasma.

Advantages:

– Practical solutions that are environmentally friendly, economically and energy  solid efficiency.

– Energy efficiency: electric power consumption in our combustion system makes 0.0008 kW/kg versus 1.3-4.5 kW/kg in systems with electric arc and UHF plasmatrons.

– Due to improvement of combustion efficiency, substitution of conventional fuels for waterfuel emulsions sets higher environmental safety standards for energy conversion.

– Reduction of fuel oil, gas and coal firing rate at thermal power plants Energy efficiency of the system Substitution of stabilizing fuel Significant cost savings compared to the use of conventional fuels (coal, gas, fuel oil).
